Product Description

The GE Polypropylene (P) syringe filter is designed to filter gas and organic solvent-based samples in a wide array of analytical and research applications. These units are recommended for ion chromatography, HPLC sample preparation and critical low detection levels <230 nm.

The GE Polypropylene (PG) Glass Fiber Prefilter syringe filter is designed to filter gas and viscous organic solvent-based samples in a wide array of analytical and research applications. The GE Polypropylene (PG) filter features a 1.0 micron glass prefilter over a Magna polypropylene membrane.

The GE Polypropylene filter has broad chemical compatibility, extremely low extractable levels, and low hold-up volume. This combination provides high throughputs, quick flow rates with high particulate or viscous samples and low hold-up volume. The membrane is GE Polypropylene.

The GE 17P and 30P are made of pure polypropylene housing which is autoclavable. All units are tested to verify the filter and housing integrity. Each unit is individually labeled with pore size and filter type for quick, easy identification.
