Product Description

GE analytical filters are ready to use and available in presterilized individual bags. GE analytical filter funnels with recoverable membranes are ideal for microbiological analysis and for quick, convenient filtration of aqueous or solvent solutions. Funnel capacity for the Savur units is 115 mL with a 47 mm diameter and 14.4 cm² filtration area.

Complete with low holdup polypropylene support pads, GE funnels are ideal for quality control, microbiological, bioburden, and water/wastewater testing. Additional applications include patch testing of hydraulic and boiler fluids, sample clarification, particle counting, and gravimetric analysis. Each package of 12 units comes with an extender, which adapts the unit for side-arm flask filtrations. Optional No. 8 rubber stoppers may be ordered for filtering with flask.
