Product Description
GE Nylon Graph membrane is chemically optimized for low, controllable backgrounds. GE Osmonics exclusive chemical optimization treatment process results in a membrane capable of binding fragments as small as 75 base pairs and as great as 50-kilo base pairs. At the same time, this treatment makes the membrane easy to block even with procedures
prone to high backgrounds such as chemiluminescent and biotinylated detection systems.
In fact, many non-radioactive detection kit manufacturers are recommending MagnaGraph as the membrane of choice. GE Nylon Graph, a very versatile membrane, gives outstanding results with both radioactive and non-radioactive detection systems.
GE Nylon Graph is an integrally supported nylon, which is dimensionally stable, very strong and naturally hydrophilic. Like GE nylon, UV crosslinking and reprobings can be done with GE Nylon Graph yielding excellent results. GE Nylon Graph has an improved binding capacity of approximately 400 µg/cm2.
