GE Osmonics is committed to your privacy. Privacy is also essential
to the success of GE Osmonics' electronic commerce programs and
all of our customer relationships.
- Please note that none of the information you
provide to us, including your email address, phone numbers, and
other account information, will be shared with any third parties
unless we have your prior knowledge and permission to do so. The
only exception to this may be if GE Osmonics is required by law,
regulations or court order to supply information.
- GE Osmonics does not and will not share, rent, or sell email
addresses to anyone.
- GE Osmonics will, at the customer's request, share information
with distributors or other Value Added Resellers in order to complete
a customer requested transaction.
- GE Osmonics receives and records information on our server logs
from your browser. This includes your IP address, cookie information
and the pages you requested.
- GE Osmonics continues to evolve as a Company. This means that
our privacy policy may evolve as well. If this occurs, we will
inform our customers of this change via our home page and on this

GE Osmonics may furnish technical assistance, advice and information
with respect to the products supplied by GE Osmonics, and to the
extent that such advice, assistance and information are conveniently
available. GE Osmonics has no obligation to provide such information,
which is provided without charge at the Buyer's risk.
Quotations |

Proposal, catalog data and drawings are provided by GE Osmonics
to show only general style, arrangement and approximate dimensions.
Any quotations, drawings and other data provided are confidential
and may not be used, copied, duplicated, or made available to third
parties without GE Osmonics’ written consent. Any order shall
not be considered as accepted nor the terms thereof binding on GE
Osmonics until written confirmation of the order has been sent by
GE Osmonics.
Quotations and proposals are subject to change or withdrawal without
notice after 30 days from the date of preparation.
Buyer's Order |

The nature and quantity of goods to be supplied by GE Osmonics
will be only as stated in GE Osmonics’ Confirmation of acceptance
of an order.
An order shall include, without exception, all GE Osmonics terms
and conditions. No modification of these terms and conditions shall
be accepted unless submitted in writing and signed by GE Osmonics
and the Buyer. No modification shall be effected by GE Osmonics’
mere acknowledgment or acceptance of purchase order forms, which
may contain different terms and conditions.
After confirmation by GE Osmonics, an order shall not be subject
to cancellation except with GE Osmonics’ written consent.
Pricing Information |

All prices are in U.S. currency and are F.O.B. GE Osmonics manufacturing
locations.
Prices are subject to change without notice and will be those in
effect at the time that an order is received. Acceptance of any
order is at the sole discretion of GE Osmonics. Specifications for
products, whether on line or in a printed catalog, represent values
in effect at the time of printing or at the time that the on line
document was made accessible to the public and are subject to change
without notice.
The prices shown on GE Osmonics’ confirmation of order and
on invoices are understood to be in U.S. dollars, payable to GE
Osmonics. In the absence of a special agreement, Purchaser agrees
to pay monthly interest at 1½% of the net due on all past-due
invoices, in addition to any collection costs. In any event, if
GE Osmonics shall have any doubt at any time as to Buyer's ability
to pay, GE Osmonics may decline to make deliveries except on receipt
of cash or satisfactory security. If the Buyer is located outside
the United States or its territories, payment shall be by a confirmed
irrevocable Letter of Credit accompanying Buyer's order. On orders
requiring special design considerations, special construction or
other custom orders, Buyer shall make a down payment to GE Osmonics
prior to acceptance of Buyer's order.
Prices include standard domestic packaging only. If special packaging
is required including, but not limited to, packaging for export,
a separate additional charge will be made. No allowance will be
made for omission of standard domestic packaging.
Buyer shall be directly responsible for all federal, state, local
and municipal taxes now in effect or hereafter enacted that are
applicable to the transactions between GE Osmonics and Buyer, and
if such be paid or required to be paid by GE Osmonics, the amount
thereof shall be solely for the account of Buyer.
Cancellation of
Order |

In the event of cancellation of the order by the Buyer, a cancellation
charge, including reasonable profit, will be made against the Buyer
in proportion to the work completed against the order as of the
date of cancellation. On standard price list items, Buyer may return
goods that are in "as new and saleable" condition, within
30 days of shipment, providing Buyer pays a minimum restocking charge
of 20% of the net invoiced price on the goods and all freight costs.
Laboratory hardware products once used can only be returned for
warranty adjustment.
Buyer agrees to make pro rata payments for partial shipments and
further agrees that if shipment by GE Osmonics of goods is delayed
by any act or omission on the part of Buyer, payment shall become
due within thirty (30) days after the goods are ready for shipment.
Terms |

All orders are subject to the terms and conditions stated on standard
GE Osmonics invoices and packing slips in effect at the time of
shipment.
Returns |
 |
Inspect all packages upon receipt. If any product is defective
or missing, please contact Customer Service immediately at 877-Lab-Store.
Buyer shall give immediate notice in writing to GE Osmonics if products
or components thereof or performance (where applicable) appear defective,
and shall provide GE Osmonics with reasonable opportunity to make
inspections, tests and repairs using the most efficient and cost-effective
methods available for such products or components. If GE Osmonics
is not responsible under the terms of this document and/or any formal
performance warranty, Buyer shall pay GE Osmonics the costs and
expenses of such inspections, tests and repairs.
If it is necessary to return any products, please contact our Customer
Service Department by email, phone or fax for a Return Goods Authorization
(R.G.A.) and shipping instructions. We will not accept returned
shipments unless we have given prior permission in the form of an
R.G.A.. While we accommodate all requests to return material, they
may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Certain products are not
returnable for credit, including hardware that has been used, custom
or special order products or equipment that has not been cleaned
or used as prescribed in the instruction or product manuals. The
liability of GE Osmonics for losses or damages arising from any
cause whatsoever is limited to full refund of the purchase price
or, at our option, repair or replacement of products. GE Osmonics
will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental
or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions
may not apply to you.
Goods damaged in transit must be reported by you to the freight
carrier within 14 days of delivery to request inspection. Our Customer
Service Department will be happy to assist you with filing a claim.
GE Osmonics warrants its products to be free from defects in material
or workmanship for a period of 12 months from receipt, but only
when said products are used at all times in accordance with GE Osmonics’
written instructions. This warranty does not apply to replaceable
parts or components normally subject to wear and replacement.
Unless specifically stated, no product comes with a "Performance
Warranty" or a warranty on process results.
No allowance will be made for repairs or alterations made by Buyer
without GE Osmonics’ written consent or approval.
In no event shall GE Osmonics be liable to Buyer for any amount,
including costs incurred or expended by GE Osmonics in attempting
to correct any product deficiency, relating to any claim by Buyer
against GE Osmonics in excess of the aggregate total purchase price
under this contract. No charges or expenses incident to any claim
will be allowed.
GE Osmonics is not responsible for meeting state and local codes
or ordinances, or other special codes not specifically stated in
writing on the purchase document or contract.
Order
Acceptance |

The receipt of an email order does not constitute the acceptance
of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. GE Osmonics reserves
the right without prior notification to limit the order quantity
of any item on both an order and time basis in order to protect
the interest of our customers. Additional verification of information
may be required prior to acceptance of any order. Please contact
the customer service department at 877-Lab-Store for further information
or if you have any questions.
Deliveries |

GE Osmonics’ liability as to delivery ceases with delivery
of goods in good condition to the carrier at shipping point. The
carrier acts as the Buyer's agent. The Buyer is responsible for
insurance coverage on goods after the goods leave point of origin.
Scheduled delivery dates are subject to extension whenever circumstances
beyond the reasonable control of GE Osmonics delay production or
shipment. GE Osmonics assumes no liability for losses, consequential
or otherwise, resulting from non-delivery of goods on specified
date.
Oversized
Items |

Items that are too large to ship via Federal Express or UPS are
shipped by truck. Freight on oversize items is quoted upon request.
Shipping |
 |
Shipment dates represent GE Osmonics’ best estimate of probable
delivery time considering conditions known at the time the quotation
is prepared. Delivery of products are contingent upon fires, floods,
strikes, lockouts, accidents in GE Osmonics’ own works or
of those furnishing GE Osmonics with material, inability to obtain
scheduled labor or material, delays in transportation, and any other
acts whatsoever beyond GE Osmonics’ reasonable control, which
may prevent or delay delivery or installation.
All orders are shipped by UPS Ground Service unless otherwise specify.
We reserve the right to change the shipping method to comply with
regulations or when, in our judgment, the item(s) cannot be shipped
safely by the method specified. Any special packaging or freight
charges will be added to the invoice. If shipping and handling charges
are quoted or invoiced they will include charges in addition to
the actual freight costs. Please contact our customer service at

Shipping
Address Information |

GE Osmonics cannot change the shipping address after an order has
been processed. Should you require the modification of an address
(example: missing department or suite number) please contact our
customer service department by email or by phone at 1-877-Lab-Store.
Should you require a complete change of "ship to" address,
you will be required to cancel your order and place a new order.
International
Shipments |

For your protection, all international orders including shipments
to U.S. territories will require a faxed copy of the front and back
of the credit card used for the purchase. Please use (952) 988-6662
for this purpose. Upon request GE Osmonics will keep a secured copy
of your credit card on file for future purchases. If it is more
convenient, international orders can be pre-paid via money orders,
or by wire transfers. If you have any questions or comments please
contact GE Osmonics customer service.
International
Freight Policy |

International orders will not be processed without prior approval
of shipping charges. Orders are shipped via Federal Express International
Priority service, U.S. Postal Service surface mail or by United
Postal Service International Priority service. You will be notified
by email within 24 hours of placing your order of shipping charges.
If we do not receive your approval of these charges within 4 days,
your order will be canceled. Shipping charges may not include any
additional tariffs or fees. All additional charges are the responsibility
of the customer.
Sales
Tax Information |

GE Osmonics charges applicable sales tax to all items delivered
to states that require sales taxes. GE Osmonics is not responsible
for additional tariffs or taxes that apply to items shipped to other
states or outside the United States.
Typographical
Errors |
 |
GE Osmonics is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions
relating to pricing, copy, photography or application. In the event
of a pricing error GE Osmonics will contact you via email, phone
or fax with the correct pricing information |
